DESCRIPTION：Anti-Flag Affinity Gel is a purified murine IgG2b Monoclonal antibody covalently attached to sepharose 4B
APPLICATION：rProtein Purification, Immunoprecipitation
REAGENT：Supplied as a 50% suspension in 50% glycerol with 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% (w/v) sodium azide.
ANTIBODY BOUND：NLT 7.5 grams antibody/ Liter gel
RECOMMENDED VOLUME：IP: 5μl gel for 500μl crude protein solution
BINDING CAPACITY：Minimum 1.1mg of a Flag fusion protein eluted per ml of packed resin
SETTING VOLUME：10 ml resin slurry
STORAGE/STABILITY：
Anti-Flag Affinity Gel should be stored in 50% glycerol at -20℃ for maximum stability. The unopened product is stable for one year when stored as indicated. After use, the resin should be cleaned and stored in 50% glycerol with 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide to protect the product. Do not freeze in the absence of glycerol
